Each year the Canberra Region welcomes students to the ACT to learn about democracy, science and culture. Located in Australia’s Bush Capital, The Y Canberra Region can offer accommodation across two unique sites. Leumeah Lodge is located in the Gold Creek Village, just off the Barton Highway, and Bush Capital Lodge is located in O’Connor in a beautiful bush setting just minutes from the Canberra city.
The Y Canberra Region is accredited with a level 5 Safeguarding rating through the ACF and are a not-for-profit organisation that operaties with and for young people. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment that helps shape the experiences of young people during their Canberra excursion.

The Parliament and Civics Education Rebate (PACER) program is an Australian Government initiative that provides financial assistance to support students’ on-site learning about national democratic, historical and cultural institutions in Canberra. All PACER approved Institutions provide educational programs that directly align to the Australian Curriculum.
