The Holder Early Learning takes time to recognise and celebrate the many individual ways of seeing, knowing and living in our community and the wider world. We value children as capable and competent learners who are able to choose, explore and investigate in their unique way.

We recognise each family as unique; bringing a richness of culture, lifestyle, values and beliefs to our centre. We commit to involving families and the community, in the curriculum through participation, feedback and events.

We provide opportunities for children, educators, families and the community to look at new ways of thinking and acting sustainable, fostering respect and care for our environment.  Educators encourage appreciation for plants, animals and the land by role modelling and advocating environmentally friendly practices at all times.

Our Holder Early Learning Centre offers an environment full of enrichment and growth opportunities. As part of the Y Canberra Region community, we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with each other, our community, the children and their families.

Every day is an opportunity to learn, explore, discover and connect. And our centre encourages self-directed learning, and embracing our connection to the land with our extensive outdoor area.

The centre has 10 rooms, and with our educator to child ratios in place to enable the best learning experience for the children, we can accommodate up to 124 children with room ratios as shown below.
