Step 2 – Create your profile
Once you’ve registered, sign in and enter details for all mandatory fields including your name, relationship to the child and at least one phone number and address details.
Step 3 – Request a Booking
Request a booking for your child or children choosing the days and start date. An email is automatically sent to us to inform that you have a submitted a booking request, and these requests are checked regularly. You will be able to see that status of your request on your My Family Lounge portal.
Once we have an available place, we will contact you via the email address linked to your My Family Lounge account with an offer.
If you accept you will then complete the Enrolment Form on the MFL portal. Upon acceptance families will be asked to pay a deposit equivalent to one week’s full fees. This amount will be held in credit and deducted from your first account. This is a non-refundable deposit should you choose to cancel the placement.
For our Early Learning Centres, the Director will contact you to arrange orientation visits and delivery of the Centre Information Pack. As childcare may be in high demand, we encourage you to waitlist your child at more than one Centre, if applicable.

As of 2 July 2018, child care assistance has changed. The New Child Care Package will help parents with children aged 0-13. The package includes a new Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and this subsidy will be paid directly to the service.
