Common rooms
We have two common spaces available for use free of charge as part of your group booking. These rooms are equipped with a smart TV, bean bags and chairs and tables on request.
Supervisor extras
All teachers, supervisors and drivers are given access to your Wi-Fi network upon check-in. They are treated to barista-made coffee in the mornings as well as soft drink options in the evening. We also provide adult meal options for both breakfast and dinner. Single supervisor rooms are available upon request, subject to availability.
Dining
We offer full catering packages that cater to individual group needs. Our standard package offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer a premium package that includes morning and afternoon tea, and a flexi package that excludes lunch. There is an option for every budget and itinerary. Our chefs are skilled at catering to simple and complex dietary requirements.
Security
The property is monitored under 24-hour CCTV cameras. All common areas are alarmed. Our property receives one nightly patrol each evening, and the on-call security number is provided to all group leaders upon check-in.
Accessible property
Our property is a single-story property, with guest rooms across 4 buildings, and dining and reception occupying a separate central building. The dining hall, reception, and one of the common rooms are wheelchair accessible. We have 3 accessible rooms available upon request with fully accessible features.

Our lunches are made fresh to order for each school group. Each guest receives a roll, wrap or salad box with their choice of fillings as well as a piece of fruit and a snack. To aid in our contribution to a sustainable planet, we don’t provide single-use water bottles. These can be requested by your group if required. We can provide your group with refillable water pouches as a souvenir of your stay. See link below to refill stations available at many of the local attractions your group will be visiting.

Dietary Management
Dietary Management
At Leumeah Lodge, we take the management of dietary requirements very seriously. All meal services have to be monitored by the group lead in charge of dietary requirements. We will not commence service until this person is present. Students are given lanyards to identify their requirements so our food and beverage team can easily identify their requirements for safe service. All food is served by our staff to ensure no cross-contamination.
