Group Bookings

Paddle Hub offers fun activities for school groups and camps, teammates, colleagues, scouts and all kinds of groups.

Equipment:

• Single kayaks (6)
• Double kayaks (6)
• Stand Up Paddle Boards (10)

Total Participants:

We can have 28 people on the water at a time. For groups larger than 28, we will rotate and break the group up through a longer period.

What We Offer:

• Qualified and trained instructors
• All equipment and equipment instruction
• Games and team building (if requested)
• 2 hour program including instructions and briefing, time on water, and games
• Opportunity to try multiple types of water equipment.

Cost:

• $450 for up to 10 participants
• $17 for each additional participant.

Renting Double Kayaks Only:

• Limited to 12 people
• $400 for up to 10 participants
• $17 for each participant.

Booking Requirements

The Paddle Hub is open for group bookings only, Monday to Friday, from October to April.

To book, you will need to arrange a group of 10 people.

Age Requirements

• Children between 5 and 7 years are permitted to use double kayaks, only when accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Children between 16 and 18 years old may hire craft during the Paddle Hub season without responsible adult supervision if their responsible adult completes and signs our Parent/Guardian Consent Form on the first time the child attends the Paddle Hub for the season.

Equipment Weight Capacity

• Single Kayaks (130kg)
• Double Kayaks (180kg)
• SUP’s vary (110kg to 130kg)

What to Bring

• Closed toe shoes (or at least outdoor sandals with a back strap)
• Sun smart clothing, including long shirt or rash guard
• Wide-brimmed hat
• Sunscreen
• Water.
